A community of refined retail and service spaces, brought to life in two original Calgary character homes in Marda Loop. Our mission is to offer a unique blend of shops in one stop to bring people together. Designed to bring old world charm to the neighbourhood, with shops and stalls arranged around a central alleyway. It is here inside the 1910s-era homes you will find a luxurious and eclectic mix of retail shops and services.
We aim to stand as a centre for the local community and a destination for guests from all over to share.

The Shops at Avenue Thirty Four
Created by the team at Leonard Development Group, Kale and Rod started the project by introducing Calgary to Gardenia Flower Boutique. After feedback from the community, they decided to create a larger space that allows for more shops with a similar atmosphere.
The Shops at Avenue Thirty Four is expanding their retail spaces to offer local Calgary businesses a unique opportunity to grow their business.
